The cost per square foot shown includes handrails, steps, and the removal of an existing deck. Custom designs, multiple levels, and deck skirts are not included in this pricing. Smaller decks almost always cost more per square foot than larger decks, and higher decks typically cost more than decks built closer to the ground. Pricing for repairs, resurfacing, and screened porches varies widely and is not currently listed. This pricing page is a work in progress, and we plan to add more information soon.
